About the Designer:
Angelika Jariel founded the service business CuHaus with a passion for celebrating fashion, creativity, and community-building. Before becoming a founder, she was once a customer and attendee who enjoyed conventions and events centered on fashion and art. For her, these experiences created a meaningful bridge between consumers, products, and the designers behind them. Inspired by these experiences, she created CuHaus as a house where emerging fashion designers can build communities with their audiences. More than simply showcasing products, CuHaus aims to celebrate the uniqueness, craftsmanship, and thoughtfulness behind every creation. It also serves as a platform for designers to share their brand stories, inspire others, and encourage creativity and ambition within the community.
CuHaus goes beyond being just a pop-up event. The founder envisioned it as an immersive event experience, inspired by her nostalgic memories of mall culture, like shopping for clothes, trying on outfits, and spending quality time with friends and family. She transformed these familiar experiences into temporary yet memorable pop-up events where attendees can discover new fashion designers, meet new people, and create memories. Through this, CuHaus becomes more than just a transactional marketplace but a community-building experience rooted in fashion, connection, and creativity.
